Terms of Service

1. The Service

KeetAI is a macOS application that provides real-time AI-powered assistance during job interviews. It operates as an invisible overlay on your screen, using voice transcription and AI to generate suggested responses that only you can see.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use KeetAI. By creating an account, you confirm you meet this requirement. You must also provide accurate registration information.

3. Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• One account per person. You may not share your account with others.
• You may not use another person's account.
• Notify us immediately at hello@keetai.app if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

4. Credits and Billing

KeetAI operates on a credit-based system:

• New accounts receive 10 minutes of free trial time — no credit card required.
• After the trial, continued use requires purchasing credits.
• 1 credit = 30 minutes of active session time.
• Credits are deducted based on the actual duration of your sessions.
• Credits do not expire.
• Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not store your payment card details.

5. Refund Policy

• You were charged but received no credits due to a payment processing error.
• You request a refund within 24 hours of purchase and have not used the purchased credits.
• A technical fault on our end prevented you from using the service during your session (we deducted credits but the service failed).

To request a refund, email hello@keetai.app with your registered email address, purchase date, and the reason for your request. We will respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share, resell, or transfer your credits or account to others.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the KeetAI application.
• Use automated tools to scrape, abuse, or overload our servers.
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to bypass credit deduction or billing systems.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these terms without a refund.

7. Intellectual Property

KeetAI and all associated software, design, and content are owned by us and protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the application for personal use only.

8. AI-Generated Content

Answers generated by KeetAI are produced by AI models (OpenAI GPT-4o) and may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate for your specific situation. You are responsible for reviewing any AI-generated content before using it. We make no warranties about the accuracy or suitability of AI responses.

9. Privacy

Your use of KeetAI is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

KeetAI is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular result will be achieved through use of the service.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KeetAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 30 days prior to the claim.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. For material changes, we will notify you via the email address associated with your account.
